Order placed before 6pm every Monday evening will be dispatched every Wednesday morning. (unless stated on the home page where announcements of order dates / dispatch dates will be noted)
If ordered after 6pm cut off date your order will then be dispatched the following dispatch date.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail 24hr tracked
Please note :
Royal Mail tracked 24hr is next day delivery however stated on Royal Mail T&Cs it is NOT guaranteed.
Violetvelvettreats are not liable for any delays / late deliveries once dispatched from us.
Our postal boxes are NOT letterbox size, therefore We cannot accept responsibility for deliveries not being delivered due to no one at the delivery address. please make sure you arrange for someone to accept your delivery at your given delivery address.
Violetvelvettreats are NOT liable for missing orders or late deliveries for incorrect information supplied. Please make sure you fill out delivery form at the check out with the correct information and telephone number for contact purposes, therefore it is the consumers responsibility for the correct information.

Refunds/Returns
We do NOT accept any returns due to all bakes are freshly made to order.
refunds / replacements orders will only accepted if the products you receive are unsatisfactory condition, then please contact us within 48hrs of receiving your order with your order number. violetvelvettreats may ask for you to send your order back for further inspection, we therefore will refund or replace your product/s (of the same value). After the 48hrs we will NOT accept any liability after this time.
